This company continually attempts to deduct various amounts from my debit card. Currently they have taken $35.95. Every few days since March 13 2014 they have attempted but unsuccessfully have tried to withdraw various amounts from my account. The telephone number (855)769-5867 does not work. Any info on removing myself from their access would be appreciated.
