Last month i got scammed from this so called legit Michael korz purses. I had no clue it was from china till after i pay the item and got an email receipt from them. Of course when i saw the receipt i knew it right then that it was a knocked off item. But i have to make it sure so i contact the seller or the so called customer representative and ask if its a replica that i just bought and she replied to me with the guaranteed that everything they are selling is AUTHENTIC. So after 2 weeks i got the item. And with my expectation it is indeed an knocked off item. Of course it was so obvious cuz its not even a good quality of knocked off.even the little booklet they have inside the purse was all so cheap and a messes with a lot of wrong spelling words. Then i contact the seller again and let her know i want my money back and that i will send the purse back to them, and told her she scammed me and making me believed that it is an authentic item they are selling, but of course she insisted it is an authentic. So we went back and forth emailljng till she offered me to keep the purse and that she will give me a refund of $10! $10 back from my $83.24! So i told at least i want $35 back so we both agreed, so again she promised me that i will get my $35 refund in 15 working days. And i waited. Then after 15 days passed i contact her again and ask the refund and thats when throw the bank crap problem that the money didnt went thru and so they will send it back again in ANOTHER 15 working days! Everything from that website is a scam. And i really want the people to be aware of that. And of course i still wants my $35 back... I have that sellers contact number since the website wont provide you a direct customer service contact. I have lost $83.24 just like that! I could just have bought a legit one here With my $83.24....
