Received a letter stating I was a declared winner of a Mega Lottery conducted in the UK Ticket serial 498561256 Lucky winning number 49-55-77-80-02 winning 150,000.00 Claim number WA/SDH-0101 been assigned to North American Claims Affiliate and provided me with a check for $3,980.00 to pay Government taxes as the sole prupose totalling $19,95.00 us dollars in taxes which could not be deducted from winnings needed to be paid directly to tax agent
Told to call Claim Agent- Michael Quest at 1-289-892-6021
was advised to keep CONFIDENTIAL until claim processed as part of the security protocol
