I placed an order on August 23rd for a customized tshirt. After 3 weeks I had not heard back, so sent an email asking for a status update. I received notification of shipment on October 5th with a tracking number. When I tried to track the shipment, the tracking number proved invalid. As of today (Nov. 1st) I still have not received my shirt. The phone # listed on my email confirmation has been discontinued and repeated emails to the company go unanswered.
