My company is Golden Eagle for Import& export and i have transferred the amount of $177 to Hebei TianHe Paper Co.,Ltd in China to get A4 paper sample which is 1 carton box and i never got the sample , i have sent to them many mails to the employee in direct contact with me Anna and through their website but no body answered .
Also , i have the bank document that shows that i have transferred this amount to their company.
