Got the letter shortly after filing my Ficticious Business name with newspaper. I sent the stub back in the pre-addressed envelope with a note: $275.00! Sure, send me your physical address, I want to come and pay this in person. Also a phone number would be helpful.
I don't think I'll hear back from them.

- I didn't get the prepaid envelope, just a reply one that needed a stamp. Love your idea. Don't forget to complain to any regulatory authority you want. The more complaints, the more likely that someone will zap them legally.
