We ordered struts from Shock Warehouse on March 13/13. Order # 117524. They were shipped on March 15 but they for some reason didn't make the 3 day delivery that we ordered. It shipped with FedEx under tracking number 799293250800 which was delivered to Mesa, AZ on 3-20. Because we were no longer in Arizona, the shipment was delivered back to Shock Warehouse.
We left phone messages throughout march and April etc etc, and many emails to Shock Warehouse but never had a response back from them about the order. We tracked the order on FedEx which looked to have reshipped to the Arizona address again, despite our messages to let Shock Warehouse know that we were no longer at the address and had come home.
We continued to try to reach Shock Warehouse by phone and email. We never had a response from them through to September 2013, over 6 months later. Finally on October 4/13(6 1/2 months later) Shock Warehouse emailed us back, and confirmed that they had received our order back to their Warehouse, and where would we like them ship it to us, and sorry for the confusion. I emailed them and gave an alternate address in Ferndale Wa, where our aunt lives and where we are visiting this month, so we could pick up the shipment there. We've not received the product, nor do they respond to any emails or phone messages from us since October 4/13.

It looks like the parts were returned to our warehouse by FedEx as undeliverable. If you would like them shipped to another address we can do that. Just let us know where you want them sent to. Sorry for the confusion.

So it was not delivered. How can we sort this out?

Can you provide the fed ex proof of delivery? As it stands we still haven't received the items.

We placed an order quite some time ago for struts. It was time specific, and although we chose expedited shipping, the order arrived in Arizona after we had left to come back to Canada.

Although we left quite a few email messages, we didn't hear back from Shock Warehouse. We had tried to call the 1-800 number and fax #, but they also does not work from Canada.

We had someone in Arizona check but it had not been dellivered, and are just wondering what happened to the order. Our car is very much in need of the new struts, so I'd like to get this sorted out. If need be we can give you another address to ship the items. They've been paid for in full.

The order number is 117524, and the name on the paperwork is Joel Torry.
