(Dollar amount average. $535 if refund for services, ~$700 if replacement for damaged property.)

* Illegally overflowed my dumpster, then claimed I was responsible for the fee incurred despite it being a Municipal Ordinance that what they did was wrong.

* Left Comet all over the floor of my kitchen where my cat could have stepped in it. When I called them on it, the owner categorically stated it did not happen, despite my having pictures and a witness.

* One of my medications was stolen. A month later the police report has not been resolved because the owner refuses to fully cooperate with police.

* Boxes of my possessions were placed haphazardly on top of one another. One fell during the night, which would have broken any fragile contents and could have landed on my cat.

* There was a box with a pillow on top and an autographed sports photograph on top of the pillow. Their staff placed a box on top of that such that the box corner pressed down on my photograph, damaging it and therefore causing it to lose all value.

* When I demanded either a refund for shoddy services or recompense for damaged property, the owner became offensive and confrontational, including providing false, libelous information to the Better Business Bureau.
