I paid for a USB protection software. It was for having TWO computers with the program.
I ONLY had it installed on ONE and that one crashed. I installed the harddrive on a new computer and when I open it, the program remains on TRIAL version.
I contacted them regarding the fact that it will not work anymore and that i only installed it on one computer but the are non-responsive.
They jacked their prices up by almost DOUBLE and removed features. So i am guessing they will not support their previous version and will expect me to pay again.
