I am a 72 year old State Pensioner in South Africa. I ordered a jar of Truvisage Anti-Wrinkle in December 2013. It was a special introductory offer for R35.00. On 21 Dec 2013 an amount of R810.53 was taken out of my bank account (via my Visa Card) with the ref. purchase@Tvg*truvisage Tnbill. In Jan 2014 a further amount of R99 was taken. On 31 Jan 2014 an attempt was made to take R923.79 from my account which I was able to stop before it went through. The loss of the first two amounts was devastating to me and depleted most of the funds in my bank account. Delivery of the product was advertised for 10 days. I received it this week,the second week in March. The postage slip description on the package was Truvisage Eye (1), I ordered anti-wrinkle cream but not for the eye!!! I have desperately tried to trace the person the delivery was sent by without success. I have recorded this incident on facebook which is obviously detrimental to Truvisage and only when I tried to track this person down after the delivery did I discover that there were other non-involved people dealing with Truvisage who may be compromised by my facebook message. If you can shed any light on this I will be most grateful. Needless to say, whoever is behind this scam must be stopped. I have suffered extreme financial hardship because of this and will never order a thing from the internet ever again.
