I ordered at trial offer from an ad on Facebook. I authorized a charge of $2.95 to my credit card. This company debited my credit card $160.00. I immediately, on the same day, called to cancel the order and to ask that my money be refunded. I received two e-mails stating that a refund had been issued. It had not. I called this company again and was told that they could not stop the order and the issued me another e-mail with a return authorization number and instructions for the return of the merchandise. I followed the instructions to the letter. I received the product on 1/23/14 and returned it unopened on the same day with the promise of getting a refund. The company has been in possession of the returned product since 1/31/14. I have placed numerous calls to the company asking for my refund had have been refused. The currently have the product and my $160.00. I have never been scammed to this degree. These people need to be stopped!
