This is not a complaint, but a review. First off, I have made 3 separate orders with Rose Wholesale and unfortunately due to items being out of stock or wrong sizing I had to cancel the orders. Rose Wholesale PROMPTLY responded, contacted me to let me know items were out of stock until a later date and if I still wanted to continue my order. My refunds were issued immediately. After reading all these reviews online I was very skeptical but based on my own personal experience thus far, I would not say they lack any type of Customer Service. DO NOT be turned away because of a few disgruntled customers. I have not received any product from them myself but their contact with me has been consistent and understanding. This is not a review based on products received, rather on their customer service. Eventually I will complete an order and leave a review on the quality.
