Patti contacted me said she had a buyer and she would have the sale completed in 5 days. I told her I didn't believe it that it was a scam. She gave me websites and references. Sent me a contract and all kinds of things. I blew it all off. She called me everyday for 4 days. I asked for the address. I looked it up on google earth to make sure it wasn't a storage facility address. I called other companies in that building to see if it was really there. It was all confirmed. People seen it all there. So I was in. Young couple from the city buying. Gave me references to call because I told her I didn't trust it. She called me back to tell me the couple was having problems with financing. Then her office guy called to make it all sound the same. Always using the number from the website. Then it all stopped and now refund even though I faxed everything back within the correct time. Fry these people. Complete scum.
