They called my house phone and said they work with Microsoft and said that because I used Word, my computer had been hacked.
They asked for authorization to remote my computer and show me what was going on. It seemed to be alright and I let them.
They were on the phone and my computer for three hours and I never thought anything about it.
My son called and OI god him what was going on, he said that it was a scam and to shut down the computer. They were still looking on it.
