I ordered three dresses from this company, the company sent the dresses two sizes small, which was an error on their part. I have been jumping through hoops, trying to get a refund, by sending them emails and pictures of the dress attempting to go on. The last straw with this company is they want to refund me 15.00 dollars to keep all three dresses. I do not want that because these dresses are useless to me. I just want a full refund and they are ignoring the fact, that this error was on their behalf. Please help me.
