I received a call from this company advocating a one month no obligation trial that would rank my website top /no one slot on a search in my area. I spoke for some time saying I would only consider this if only one payment taken and no further monies would be requested or taken (as it was a card payment)... this was aagreed and after much debate clarifying this one off deal with a start date of 10th of the month I made a payment. .then was sent their terms and conditions - this completely went against all I had agreed. I sent am email asking for a refund and insisted I was using my right to a cooling off period. This e mail easy ignored. The following day I found my add listed. ..top rank... (my site was not ready and neither was I)...as explained. I phoned and was assured they would not take any further money without my permission and remove priority listing until the correct date. I agreed to this once confirmed in e mail. I then checked my keywords for two days after listing should have shown...no sign. I again sent a cancellation request and was ignored. I again phoned. .. this time I was told I would not get my money back and that my listing was live... I check ked again -it was not. He said he would speak with authority and come back to me. Not surprisingly my listing g is now active.. (with a bifurcated yellow 'ad' sign next to it...contrary to what was suggested in the initial sales pitch)... and still no contact or refund. I ask in person cor a cancellation and the response was so send my ad live!... I told them I wanted a cancellation and had sent two e mails to the requested address within seven days of their initial call and had no faith due to various errors and changes. I am still awaiting contact /refund d.
