the nutribullet is such a big disappointment to me. I loved the way it worked when I first bought it but I noticed that no matter how tight I screwed the cup on it leaked into the motor and the motor began to get louder and louder to the point that i could not stand to hear it. And the leaking grew worse. It leaks into the drink its self making it a health hazard anything but a nutricious drink that they claim. The worse investment in a machine that I have made in a long time. I tell everybody I know not to buy this thing because it is a rip off. Too bad because I really did like the idea when I first bought it. But because it has been longer than a year that I bought it I have not tried to get my money back. They need to impoved the way this thing works
