When you agree to receive a free sample of a product and agree to pay the shipping and handling (4.95 for each cream) that should be it. Considering the product has .5 mls in it, it's not worth much more than that. I willingly gave the company my cc # because they needed it to process shipping and handling fee. No where did it say that I would be charged for the free sample I was being sent!!!! I received the samples in the mail, used them and thought, mneh, they're ok and that was that. Then a week or so later I received another bottle of the sample and I thought that was kind of weird but it was a little different from the first bottle so I chalked it up to being the one they were supposed to have sent. One was a cream, the other was a gel. I forgot about it. Then today I received another one in the mail! This prompted me to look at my credit card statement which was large anyway because we had recently made some large purchases. I hadn't paid the bill yet as it is not due until March 19th so I had not gone through the details yet...until today. I have three charges on there from ABC Nutra and Total Nutra (the company who sends out the Bell Complex products). The first two charges (102.66 and 91.66) were for my FREE SAMPLES!!!! The the next two charges were for the package that arrived about a week after the first samples and one I just received today (102.09 and 90.01). I called the company immediately and they told me next time I should read the fine print! She also told me to expect a fifth charge on my next credit card statement for (102.55) for a product I have not yet received. The process goes as follows:

She told me to package up the most recent two products I received with an RMA# and send them back. Once they are received, they will issue my cc with a refund. I need to wait until I receive the 5th shipment and call them again for a new RMA# and send that one back as well. Then I will receive a refund for that product as well once they receive it in the mail. However, since I waited over the "30 days" to file a complaint about the first two charges, I'm out of luck. I told her it was a "FREE" sample to which she told me "It's only FREE for 14 days and then you will be charged 102.66 and 91.66 for the FREE samples".

I am so frustrated right now! I hope this company receives about a billion complaints and goes down down down!!!!
