After reading the numerous complaints about people being charged unknowingly for this product I called to cancel. According to the website it says you have 14 days. I called the customer service number and after canceling I was told through the automated system that I would be charged $30 plus dollars for my "Free" shipment. I called back to try to talk to a real person and I must have been sent to a call center in India. The man said this charge was non refundalble. No where on their site is this mentioned. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
