I was informed that because I had filled in a survey I would be sent a free gift but would just pay the shipping costs which was minimal ( ZAR 24) In stead an amount of ZAR 554 was deducted from my credit card without any authorisation for that amount. I had only authorised a deduction of ZAR 24. However an hour after send the payment through I asked to reverse my request for the gift and the ZAR 24 shipping costs to be cancelled. Despite this request the unauthorised amount of ZAR 554 was deducted.was de
