This company has a simple contract---order and within the contract it says--"Depending on the order time, we ship the product the same day or the day after you place your order (with the exception of weekends and holidays). We allow up to 4 days for you to receive the product in the mail. Therefore, in order for you to have the full 14 days to try the product, we consider the end date for your trial period to be 18 days after you place your order (14 trial days plus 4 transit/processing days" after speaking with JENIFFER she states "the charge on your account is valid because today is the 18th day and you are supposed to call prior to the 18 day. Now when asked to receive an address to send the product back she said "we do not send you anything to send it back--YOU are responsible for sending it back and then they company has 3-5 days to process back to the shelf --she stated that it has to be in unopened condition". Unopened how do you have a trial than? Stay away from this company they are not worth the aggravation nor the "hidden" manner in which they screw over the customer...just remember that it is NOT the CSR's who are the problem it is the company.
