I too got sucked into believing this property report was only $0.95. But the next day my account was hit with a $17.49 charge. When I contacted customer support they said I "accepted" to be billed the amount monthly. Why on earth would I want to be billed monthly for a report. I was very disappointed in the report as well as it gave me no useful information. The customer service agent did not even ask why I was disappointed in the report, just that I had accepted the monthly payments.
