I ordered a pair of Coach sunglasses and a wallet from the Canadian website and I got a reply from www.pointsnetwork.com telling me that my payment was approved and merchandise was on its way. That was January 22. I received a parcel yesterday, March 11, and it was a disgrace! There was no return address, no packing invoice and the merchandise consisted of a pair of allegedly genuine Ray Ban sunglasses and a cheap plastic wallet that was probably made fro about 50 cents. I was livid!I have contacted the website they gave me http://support.promptly payments.com and demanded my money back. I probably will never see it.
