Nouvebelle Anti-Aging Skin Cream

I ordered a trial sample of anti-aging skin cream on 1/31/14. Immediately, I realized the website was a scam and tried to send an email rescinding my order. No response to my emails. The sample arrived by USPS on 2/10/14. It had been shipped from a warehouse in Savannah, GA on 2/6/14. The "toll-free" number in the UK was "not accepting any calls". When my bank finally reached a representative, he first suggested that 15 days cancellation period had now elapsed, but that I could get "half of my money back." We asked to speak to a manager--he refused, saying the "manager was in an important meeting". He gave me an RMA number and an address to send the "free 1 oz. sample back to." As soon as they received the sample back, by USPS with tracking number) they would send me a cancellation number by email. Naturally that cancellation number was never sent. My bank (B of A) is helping me resolve this dispute. I want other customers to
know about this before they too get "scammed". There is nothing "free" about this sample and there is no way to cancel the order after you have "clicked" on the SEND button. I have a stack of verification documents.
