I received 16 calls in a 5 hour period from them for a person I don't know. I explained to them on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th calls that they had the wrong number and to please stop calling.
On the 6th and 7th calls, I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on, the other 9 went to the answering machine. I filed a complaint with the FTC and the do not call list site. Hopefully they shut these spammers / scammers down.
