My laptop would not boot up. I no longer had my recovery disc. They told me they could sell me the Microsoft 7 for 199.99 plus 49.99 for the download. Told me to insert a blank DVD and started the download.
Of course, the disc did not work. I purchased a new hard drive and disc from HP. I have called Tecvedic several times to retrieve my money. They say someone will call back in 20 min. but they never do.
