I ordered the advertised supplement levodyn on March 8, 2014, paying by Discover card. On the confirmation my delivery address was incorrect. I reported this to their e-mail, but got no response. I attempted to track the order, but got an error message saying my phone number was not valid. I reported this also, but again got no reply. When I tried the tracking again, I got a message, "order not found". I reported this to Discover, asking them to cancel payment, but their response was they couldn't do anything till the company posted the transaction. Next I got another e-mail from the company telling me the order had been shipped, but tracking it again produced the message, "not found". I reported that to the credit card website, and I am now awaiting a reaction from them. A check on my Discover account posted the transaction as "pending"
