I ordered to try the cream via their website for a charge of $4.25 to try it. Then I was alerted by my Charge Card Company, Bank of America, that there was another charge of $189.00, which I questioned! I contacted the company by their email and told them of my complaint. They claim that it is noted that there is $189.00 for joining their club. As it turns out, I returned the item on May 5, 2014 because of their rather deceptive business practice and the cream caused my skin to have welts and itch. Perhaps Better Business Bureau should investigate their business practice.

After reading the complaints on this website and of LifeCell, makes me very leery in ordering anything online. The only exceptions for me to order online would be with LL Bean, Travelsmith and Lands' End.
