Two charges - one for $26.50 for unlimited minutes via Lifeline, then $30. same date to get minutes after they lost my lifeline minutes and I suddenly could not get access to that. Then another 3rd charge on 2/24 for $20.00 to purchase more minutes when even those other minutes were lost. They just kept losing all my minutes when I had unlimited minutes, and furthermore, they won't let me order from lifeline, when I am fully qualified as a low-income 72-year-old senior to receive lifeline. Today my minutes disappeared altogether and I got signals that I had no service at all on my cell phone (my only phone). When I attempted to go on Reachoutwireless again, it kept going to Reachout mobile instead, and again, I could not get any unlimited minutes or minutes via lifeline. They wanted my last 4 digits of my SS, but I cancelled without giving it as I think they have either been hacked, or are doing something strange. There is no reason at all why I should still not have minutes. I had to go to Verizon and purchase another phone and get another phone number just so I could have a phone for emergencies because I am ill and need the phone desperately. When I did speak to a real person there, the lady sounded as though she was in Israel or some similar country and she was very rude, and didn't seem to understand the problem at all. And she definitely didn't take care of it since all these other things happened. I hope they get in trouble for this. This is horrible to take advantage of low-income seniors this way. I now had to pay a lot more for a phone than I could afford, but it is critical to have one. Thanking you in advance, Anne Copeland
