SMG HAS PERIODICALY DEBITED MY VISA CARD SINCE 01/01/14. TO A TOTAL SO FAR OF $279US. I HAVES TRIED IN VEIN 6WEEKS TO CONTACT THEM AND AM AT A LOSS WHAT TO DO.

I raised and required a response of sorts three days ago, leaving me somewhat apprehensive, after supplying my card details resulting in profound silence.
