Offered the opportunity of receiving a free sample of anti-ageing cream and asked to give bank details to cover postage of £2.99. Free sample not received, but on 01/02/14 £2.99 and £4.99 taken as postage and then on 17/02/14 £89.00 & £95.00 taken from my account. Goods were received but had not been requested. company contacted via phone but all I was told was that I had not read "Terms and Conditions". As I had only requested a free sample why read these? On 04 & 05 March 2014 a further £65.00 and £65.00 were taken from my account. Been in touch with my bank awaiting developments, still receiving packages.
