i purchased a 2004 pt cruiser on the date above, when i got off work the gas was on emptied made it to gas station put as in vehicle but the gas was running out of car due to whole in tank. company fix it then a month later car was wobbling and had burnt smell, had car diagnostic through, napleton chrysler in Lansing, IL come to find out that, calipers bad, radiator has crack and leaking antifreeze leakage, trans sol pack, cam sensor, wheel bearing bad, and watts link really damage and it's causing rear tires to wobble and that was found by Sherman Dodge machanic. Mr ribbson or robbinson on 10/22/11. phoned black hawk finance and spoken with matt he said that he spoken with Terrance Thower in finance dept and he will help me. This company took two hours and found the same issues plus more. Terrance stated that he would call finance company so they could transfer me into a safer vehicle but that was a lie. The finance company stated on 10/31/11 that i should give car back because i can not make payment. I stated the payment is not issue it's the safety of car and repairs, even matt at finance company stated the car was bad. Matt also stated they would sell car and make me pay the 7000 and put on credit report, i feel this is unfair, I did not get car back until sept 5, 2011 and it has only been 2mos and all these issues, i should not be liable and get a refund from dealership. I am in home health and i had to rent a car and am paying 332 bi weekly and support my child and rent , home care you dont do it for the money but for the client's whom need my help, i have to have a reliable car so, i can take them to apptments, and get to and from work, school and be safe. I need help please , i got a car to re establish credit and now black hawk finance want to hurt me right along with sherman dodge dealership, I trusted them and i borrowed and scrapped to get a dependable car, but instead got a lemon and sherman dodge did not give me diagnostic paper work but i got ticket number and got documentation from Napleton on their findings
