I was corresponding with David through Yahoo. He said he was currently in Qatar. After several weeks, he said he wanted to come see me and I wad to write to:[email protected]. This was to obtain his leave from base to the US.I received an email back stating that due to military protocols and regulations I needed to send $1,000.00 which was refundable after paperwork was completed.
After checking military installations in the area, I found this not to be true.
