Told me I qualified for a loan for $5000.00, but had to put up money for deposits, which I sent by Western Union to someone in Spain. Called and said that it did not qualify for the insurance reasons, but found someone else that would do a loan for $10,000.00 if I sent more deposit. I told them no and I wanted my back. They said I would have to wait for their monthly billing cycle with will be 7/7/11 and the money would be deposited back into my account. I called to verify the date last week and they said yes it will be deposited then. They also said they were filing a lawsuit on my behalf with the lender and I told them to cancel the loan and just give me my money back. I turned in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they couldn't help me either. I am a single mom and gave them all I had for bills, food, etc. I want my money back and hope it is there on 7/7/11, these reports were not available when I applied for this loan, otherwise I would not have done it. Joshua Beckford and Peter Moore are the agents I had talked to. I tried calling these people on 7/6/11 to verify the deposit was made and all the extensions I had and customer service extensions were not valid extensions.
