I have been charged Rs8975 when I opted of a 60% discount offer that amounted to Rs 1700. The money got deducted and I tried calling their help desk no 1 responded .. After that I sent out a mail.. And in that response I got:
Your order has been received and completed. As per the terms and conditions of the purchase, refunds require a return of the products, which include International shipping charges. There is also a 15% restocking fee per order that is the customer’s responsibility. So instead of paying these charges and losing the products, we are prepared to give you a 50% discount on the products you have already purchased instead, saving you money and time as well as convenience.

This way you’ll be able to keep the products you already have without any added complications or worry. If you have further inquiries, please see the terms and conditions listed on our website.

*Yes, I will accept a 50% discount.
*No, I would like to return my product, pay for S&H, and be charged a restocking fee of 15%. .....


Why should I pay 15% for their mistake ..

Still i accepted 50% offer ... then their was no refund nor did I get any package ....

They are such a fraud people
