I ordered a Tiffany & Co 925 silver heart lock bracelet from www.tiffanycosale.com and after I entered my payment information it told me I would be notified within 20 minutes if my payment was successful, almost 9 hours later I received an e - mail from www.mallpay.com saying my payment was successful & the item would be mailed within 3 days even though when I logged into my account on www.tiffanycosale.com it showed &; to this day still shows the item as unpaid, I saw this as a red flag and when I went to www.malllay.com the whole entire website was in another language at that time, I knew I had been scammed and contacted www.tiffanycosale.com and requested my order to be canceled & my card credited, it took several days for me to get a reply back from www.tiffanycosale.com. Over a week later, I received another email stating the item had been shipped & it took almost 2 weeks from that point to receive it which I returned to sender promptly cuz I had already canceled the order the same day that www.tiffanycosale.com offered me the choice to cancel the order and credit my card on or around February 3, 2014. I have disputed & provided all requested documentation to my card company but no luck in resolving this matter as of yet.
