Before submitting my credit card information to Bidrack, I carefully read over their Terms and Agreements. Nowhere in it did it say that I will be charged $99 as soon as I submit my credit card information. I thought I could just buy bid packages after I signed up which I did for supposedly one penny but there is a .29 processing charge tacked on. After I saw the charges on my account, I called them immediately and was told by Bidrack that the $99 notification was listed to the side of the credit card form I filled out. It was obviously small print and didn't catch my attention. I would not give business to this kind of company that doesn't provide a refund policy. I have unsuccessfully tried getting my money back ~ they are refusing. Please help!

- PLEASE READ MY REPORT ON HOW I GOT MY MONEY BACK--THO I ADMIT NO ONE ELSE REPORTS EVER GETTING A PENNY. MINE WAS THROU NO HELP FROM THEM AND I IMAGINE THEY WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME PLENTY WHEN THEY RECHARGED ME IF I HADN'T GOTTEN A NEW CREDIT CARD. GOT MY MONEY IN 3 DAYS, A NEW CARD FROM THE BANK IN 6 DAYS AND AM WAITING FOR "BIDRACKETT" TO REALIZE WHAT I DID. HOPE THEY TRY TO SUE ME. IF YOU READ A LOT OF THESE YOU'LL SEE THAT THEY HAVE DIFFERENT REGISTRATION SITES, VARIOUS FEE AMOUNTS ETC. I CHECKED AND RECHECKED--MINE SAID NOTHING ABOUT A FEE. THEY PROMISED ME A REFUND AT FIRST B UT A FEE HOURS LATER E-MAILED ME THEIR NO REFUND POLICY AND 100 "FREE" BIDS FOR MY CONFUSION! BEST OF LUCK!!!
