Used the local lab for blood test 12/17/13 and 1219/13, they billed my insurance and any copays are pulled from my HSA account and sent with the insurance payment and are clearly shown on EOB's what the insurance pays and what my HSA paid and shows that the patient owes zero. well they keep billing me for the amount that the HSA paid on my behalf ( $18.62/$54.03). I've called them, stopped by the local billing office where she has sent E-Mails on my behalf, Aetna has called them all informed that I owe zero. once again they are billing me for these amounts and now telling me that they're sending it to the credit reporting people that I haven't paid, when I have.
