I phoned them,which has also cost me roughly £100 as well as the £139.I was trying to aqquire a £1000 loan from them and at first everything seemed above board so i gave them my bank details.It was not till i had gave all my details to them that they mentioned i would need a garentor which i could not provide so i told them it would not be possible for me to go through with the loan.Obviously i thought that was the end of the matter but two weeks later they took £139 out of my bank account,i recieved no prior warning this would happen.What can i do about this? Help!!!!!!
