Complaint 310329 Details

We prepaid the total amount on January 9/2014 for 3 prototype PCBs, we were promised a delivery date on invoice that was dated January 9 "Lead Time 10 working days after TQ closed for PCB + 10 working days for SMT". It is now March 3rd, they claim to have finished the PCBs and sent pictures, there were parts missing, totally incorrect replacement parts, and incomplete PCB/ printed heat sink. It was about February 25th they claimed they couldn't get one particular IC which they previously claimed they had "everything in stock" I sourced it for them and they still used incorrect parts. I called the owner/manager in HK office Jacques Hatterer only to have him say he would not refund the money as the PCB's were shipped and "almost finished". So the company decided to ship us the PCBs yet they weren't finished according to the owner himself and the pictures provided. They now claim the PCBs are stuck in customs. I want the the money back as they have broken the contract many many times and have wasted 2 months of our valuable time with broken promises, while not really knowing what they are making.
