This company offers a free trial pack combo and then proceed to deliver as agreed, however no paperwork of any kind containing cancellation info ever arrives. So after the month has expired you naturally believe the contract between you left null until you are contacted to arrange continuation or stoppage. However the first you notice is in my case£94 being taken from my account, details of which they acquired to pay for delivery. Then within 14days you receive 2months supply of one product. I immeadiatly contacted my bank to cancel any more payments and contacted the supplier to complain and cancel. However a month later another £94 is taken from my bank, but this time they use the company name of the second product which it now appears has to be cancelled separate to the combo. This underhanded way of taking money from innocent people should be stopped. They should be legally bound to supply clear and concise instructions on how the offer is put together and how to cancel correctly.
