Purchanced the 10 day trial for $4.95 S&H...received 4 bottles with a note stating "Your 10 day evaluation has started so good luck!!! We hope you enjoy your 4 month weight loss program and reach the goals you desire." I printed the webpage that I ordered from and no where does it say I will receive extra bottles nor be charged $148 at the end of 10 days. I called them back on day 10 when I noticed on day 7 they charged my account $148. When I spoke to the person stating I wanted to cancel this and have my money refunded I was informed the 10 days was already had already passed (they start count when they ship it out). When I insisted on speaking to her manager, I was informed I could return the extra product but would be charged $4.95/bottle restocking fee. I again insisted on speaking to someone higher and was told she could offer me a 30% discount...we went this way for several discounts up to 75% off. This brought the total to $37...at this point I was willing to accept any of my money back. She processed the refund and provided me with a confirmation #. Told me it would take 7-10 business days to show in my account. I have checked for last 2 weeks and no refund. I called the company again and the number is disconnected. I filed a dispute with my cc company and they are looking into it. Not sure how they will get ahold of them if I can't. I purposely looked at every little thing on the webpage to make sure there were no hidden fees...the webpage said nothing. Apparently as noted in other postings, they switch up the pages as you move through and disquise it behind flashing banners.
