Shortly after I converted my land line to a wireless phone through ATT , I began seeing charges of $9.99 on my monthly phone bill for the SNAP MOBILE DEVICE APP from Exclaim Mobility ( a third party charge) . I never purchased this app, and I don't even have the kind of phone which is required to use the App! I finally had to have ATT use an "Application Purchase" blocker to stop these charges from reappearing on my bill. I was credited by ATT for the charges and hope I don't see this charge again. Exclaim Mobility charged me without my knowledge or consent.This scam should be stopped.
