Sent me a fake bottle of Chanel Chance Leau Perfume and Prada Candy.

The cost of the perfumes alone was $175- Including postage back to slovakia and to get this rubbish shipped here, it is more than

Even though I had ordered the Prada Candy L'eau, they obviously weren't as advanced in faking to do the new version, so when they sent me the fake, it wasn't just that it was fake, It wasn't even the right Prada Candy

Seemed surprised when I told them goods were fake and tried to argue with me.

They wanted to me to fill out a complaint form, some sort of legal thing which they wanted me to scan and send to them.

They made it very very difficult to communicate as they avoided questions

They did not answer my questions and I had to keep emailing them.

The man who was the contact, Henry Rose, appears to have what I think is a fake name also.

I sent the perfumes back and emailed them the tracking number as they requested. I was told that a payment was being put back in to my account for the perfumes.

I kept emailing them telling them that they must refund ALL postage costs, and after about the 5th email, they told me they wouldn't.

I emailed that legally they had to as the goods were counterfeit etc and its not as if you were just changing your mind.

These guys are thugs and criminals. They told me on the 24th that the money would be in my account within 5-7 business days. There is still no money in my account.

I will be doing all I can to report them and chase my money up.
