I saw the free trial offer and as my wife who had developed a dryiong of her facial skin I thought it would be good for her to try it I am a pensioner on old age pension. The product arrived with no advice not just instruction on its use. 21 days later another delivery arrived same product I rand customer services and spoke to a girl calledf sarah and explained I did Not order a second batch. I also asked her the price of the product and to my shock it was almost £200. She asked me had I been advised of the cost i said no. She went to speak to someone and came back and told me that the payment would be refunded and to keep the second batch as a goodwill gesture I thanked her and that was it. I went to my bank and to my horror they had taken almost £200 for the free trial and another £200 for the second batch all without my knowledge. I immediately rang again and was told that sarah was not available be this girl would resolve the complaint This turned into a nightmare she informed that i had agreed to $50 and that was all she could and that was the end of it. After words between us getting nowhere she ended the call by asking IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE SHE COULD HELP ME WITH !!!!! I immediatly returned the second batch on the 28th Feb and devasted that this company should carry on this way..... I and my wife live on a very low income and although it is tough I have always honoured my bills. This incident has left me that i cannot pay my monthly bills and am deeply depressed. My pension is 560 a month and this company through underhand means have taken 450 out of my a/c without my knowledge and i juct dont no where to turn.
