I ordered the trial. Apparently hidden in the terms and conditions, "you only have 14 days to try this, even though we are sending you a 30-day trial". I was charged $89.95 for a product that doesn't work, and when I tried to call and ask them about whether i was receiving more product or the charge could be taken off, they kept saying "this isn't our product", or "we have no order under your name" or "we are having technical difficulties, call back". I even got hung up on probably 7 times in a ten minute period. Why would you be able to look me up by my email but not by my name. I called with a Bank of America rep, and you can bet they got their butts right on it and pulled up my "account". They are rude, talked over me repeatedly and didn't care what I or the rep had to say, and the product is a fake. NO WEIGHT LOSS, SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT TRY THIS CRAP IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE $90+ OF YOUR MONEY. The banks can't do anything, they won't do anything, and there goes your hard earned money to another outsourced company from India. ridiculous. and This better not show up as resolved unless I get my money back, because until then, IT IS NOT RESOLVED.
