In Sept 2012, I attended a seminar in Las Vegas with Prestige Software, Inc. Now they have their billing company, Monterey Financial, trying to collect for services not rendered. I have investigated the company, Prestige Software, through the Better Business Bureau. They have several complaints unresolved on there as well as many complaints on this site.I have been harrassed and threatened by this billing company several times. When I call to speak with a representative regarding the matter, they are demanding and rude. The last time I spoke with a rep, she hung up on me.
Monterey Financial representatives are rude, impossible to deal with and unprofessional. They lie about their contacts, emails and refuse to work with you. I have filed a case with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding the matter. This company has also reported me to the credit bureau. It's a shame these companies can do this scam to people and get away with ruining peoples credit.
