J'ai commandé leur produit pour un essai gratuit (seuls les frais de port sont facturé) mais avant même que l'on ai eu le temps de tester le produit, ils prélèvent sur mon compte 2 fois 89.99 € parce que ils disent que j'ai accepté de participer aux essais cliniques etc... et que je n'ai pas annulé dans les 14 jours qui suivent l'expédition.
1er : je ne retrouve aucune trace de ma commande quand je vais sur leur site
2ème : je ne trouve pas non plus ce qu'il fallait faire pour annuler.
Je viens d'aller sur un forum et j'ai constaté que nous sommes des dizaines dans ce cas !!!!!!
