Peter Monk from Daido Holdings cold called me offering stock in MGM:US in September last year. After 45 mins, I crumbled and bought USD5,000 worth. Over the following months, Robert Bailey and Peter Jenkins convinced me to buy more shares in stock, buying at EU 2, with a 'guaranteed' buyout of EU 6. Over the next three months I poured more and more money on the promise of a sale of this stock, thanks to convincing that the 'sale' was around the corner and I could repatriate the 'significant' earnings. Only after I checked in (way, way too late) with a friend in the finance world did I realise this was a total scam and I was played for a fool. These people are criminals.
