I received a letter stating i was accepted in a paid quality control program. Enclosed with the letter was a check for 1999.54 which was drawn on PNC bank. The letter went on to state assignments and duties. I called the issuing bank and they were unable to verify the check. MY bank stated it looked legit. If it sounds too good to be true chances are it is. I applied online vie Craiglist.com for many positions so I'm assuming that is where they got my info from. Who knows. I am upset because now someone had my info and lord knows what else. I really could have used the extra money not to mention the products that would have been bought which one was allowed to keep.
